Dog Trainer or Dog Behaviourist - what's the difference?
My Reactive Rover
Welcome to my blog
As many dog parents will know, having a dog is a big responsibility. Those early years can be hard work and very expensive, especially with all the new toys, bedding and trips to the vet.
But being the guardian of a delinquent dog is much harder. It can sometimes feel like they're taking over your whole life and it can be difficult to see how it’s ever going to get better.
From the moment I got my rescue dog Taz, my life changed completely. Looking back, I don’t know how I managed it, particularly as I was having to go it alone.
But me and Taz got through it together.
We learned from each other, and we came out the other side happier, confident and more relaxed on our walks.
Our bond grew stronger by the day and Taz's trust in me never faltered.
He knew I was there to keep him safe no matter what.
So, I decided to create this blog to let you that you’re not alone, and that you will get through it. There are others out there who understand everything you are going through.
I will be sharing all my ups and downs, as well as my mistakes and my achievements. I’ll be giving little tips and tricks on the things that worked for Taz as well as the pitfalls and scams to be wary of.
Hopefully by reading about our journey it will help make yours a little easier.
